Laura is a young winemaker in Montlouis working naturally. This is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir, 10% Côt (aka Malbec) and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon all grown on flint sand soils known locally as Parakeets, hand harvested and fermented together with native yeast and aged in tank before getting bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Candied red fruit with a savory streak of wild herbs and velvety tannins. Another one to serve slightly chilled, but not too much.
