Chenin Blanc "Pierre a Feu", Patrice Colin 2018 (Loire, France)

100% Chenin Blanc, from 20 to 30 year old organic vines, grown on schist soil in the Coteaux du Vendemois. Fermented with native yeast and aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months, then bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. This dry white is both fruity and mineral with a fresh bright finish.
