Etna Rosato "Susucaru", Frank Cornelissen 2019 (Sicily, Italy)

This is a blend of Nerello Mascalese and 3 white grapes- Malvasia, Catarratto and Moscadella, from 5 different vineyards averaging 50 years old, all destemmed and lightly crushed, then fermented with native yeast on the skins for 10 days and aged in epoxy tanks, then bottled lightly filtered with no sulfur added.
