Beaujolais, Michel Guignier 2019 (Beaujolais, France)

Gamay from 40 year old biodynamic vines in Morgon with impossibly small yields, fermented whole cluster, semi-carbonic, then aged on the lees in concrete, bottled unfiltered with just a tiny amount of sulfur added. Plush red fruit and crushed flowers with a juicy, bright finish. Throw this in the fridge for a minute, but don't serve too cold.
