Bourgogne Chitry Rouge "Constance", Olivier Morin 2018 (Burgundy, France)

Bourgogne Chitry is a tiny appellation just south of Chablis, and this is Pinot noir from a single 40+ year old vineyard farmed without chemicals, hand harvested and wild fermented, then aged half in steel tank and half in huge old barrels. High toned and well belanced with red berry fruit and mossy forrest floor notes.
