Cabernet Sauvignon, Rickshaw 2018 (California)

This is 80% Cabernet with 8% Merlot, 7% Petite Verdot and 5% Syrah, mostly from Sonoma with some fruit coming from Paso Robles and the Central Coast, all farmed sustainably, then fermented in open top vats, aged in steel and barrel. Beautifully made text book California Cab with dark fruit, earth and spice.
