Candalua Rosso, Vigne del Pellagroso 2019 (Lombardy, Italy)

70% Rondinella from younger vines and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon from older vines, both left mostly whole cluster and wild fermented using carbonic maceration for 20 days before it all gets pressed off to concrete tanks to age for a few months and again gets bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Juicy dark cherry and wild strawberry fruit on a silky light to medium frame.
