Pet-Nat Cava made from 100% Xarel-lo grown in organic vineyards planted on limestone in Penedes. This is fermented in steel, then aged on the lees in the bottle for 18 months before getting disgorged. No sulfur added at any point. Crisp, crunchy cava with mouthwatering orchard fruit and a lean, savory finish.
