Coco Bianco, Lammidia 19 (Abruzzo, Italy)

This is 100% Cococciola, a local white varietal that doesn't get seen over here nearly enough, left on the skins for a full day, then pressed off to tank where it ages on the lees for 6 months, then bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Medium bodied with juicy grapefruit, musky orchard fruit and white flowers.
