Cococciola Colline Pescaresi, Cingilia di Di Donato Fabio 2020 (Abruzzo, Italy)

Cococciola is an extremely rare grape. Here it's grown on a small organic plot in Abruzzo on fossil-rich clay soils. Hand-harvested, lightly fined and unfiltered, with minimal SO2 added before bottling. White flowers, salt, and citrus. Super clean and refreshing. Ideal for shellfish, sashimi, or young cheese.
