Coda di Volpe, Terra di Briganti 2019 (Campania, Italy)

Coda di Volpe translates to Tail of the Fox because the shape of the grape bunches, and of course the poetical whimsy of old Italian farmers. This sees 8 days of skin contact and it's aged all in steel, then bottled unfiltered with just a drop of SO2. This is a juicy, crowd friendly Orange wine with soft edges and notes of marmalade and ripe stone fruit with a fresh, bright finish.
