Corvee de Trou Trou, Dom. de l'Octavin '18 (Jura, France)

Trousseau from forty year old vines in the parcel ‘Les Corvées’ near Montigny-les-Arsures (not far from our friend Michel Gahier), semi-carbonic maceration for 2 months, then pressed off and aged in tanks for another 7 months. Crunchy red fruited mountain wine.
