Cotes de Toul Auxerrois Blanc Tradition, Domaine Claude Vosgien 2018 (Lorraine, France)

The Cotes de Toul is all the way east in Lorraine, north of Chablis and just west of Alsace, famous for it's Quiche, but still under the radar for it's beautiful crisp mountain wines. This is old vine, organic Pinot Auxerrois hand harvested and aged in enamel tanks, then bottled unfiltered. High toned, mineral driven and crisp, but with a really nice depth of fruit and a long racy finish.
