Gamay "La Galoche", Domaine Saint Cyr 2019 (Beaujolais, France)

This is from a large area of 25 year old vines, hand harvested and fermented whole cluster, cold carbonic, then pressed off to mostly concrete for 9 months with about a third of the juice aging in old barrels, then bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Juicy and fruit forward and nice with a little chill.
