Henri Milan is a natural wine icon. He took over his family farm in the foothills of the Alpilles mountains, just inland from the Mediterranean, in 1986 and soon made the switch to organic, then biodynamic farming and hasn't used sulfur in any of his wines since 2000. Now his son Theo is continuing that same philosophy. This is a classic Provencal blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mouvedre left on the skins for 3 days and aged in old large barrels for 6 months. Complex with wild crunchy red berry fruit and musky melon.
