Organic Sauvignon Blanc from 20 year old vines. Wild fermented, aged in stainless steel tanks, minimal sulfur added. Zippy and bright, with vibrant yellow tropical fruits, grassy herbs, and a long, steely finish. Perfect for drinking at the park, but don't underestimate how good this is with food.
