Sauvignon Blanc, Pierre Olivier Bonhomme 2019 (Loire, France)

Organic Sauvignon Blanc from outside of Cheverny fermented with native yeast and aged mostly in tank with some of the juice going into old barrel, then bottled unfiltered with just a little sulfur added. Bright, mouthwatering tropical fruit, crisp and ripe at the same time with cut minerality. Pierre-O is a disciple of the Puzelat Bros and works completely naturally.
