Tendu Red Blend, Matthiasson 2019 (California)

This is a blend of Aglianico, Montepulciano and Barbera from an organic single vineyard just north of Sacramento. Fermented with native yeast in steel, then pressed off to neutral barrel and bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Juicy red berry and plum fruit with a little black olive and crushed rocks. Nice with a little chill, but can go either way.
