Organic Sangiovese from the Tuscan coast in San Gimignano farmed and produced naturally by Elisabetta Fagiuoli. Fermented in glass lined concrete, then aged in used barrel for a year before getting bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Silky cherries, earth and Mediterranean herbs for days.
