Xarel-lo, Viladellops 2018 (Penedes, Spain)

This organic Xarel-lo offers lilting, subtle aromas of pear and apple, prairie flowers, apple mint, and freshly milled wheat flour. Softly textured on the palate with fruit held aloft by a beam of bright acidity. Finishes with Asian pear skin, lemon pith, and wet shell.
