1er Cru Extra Brut "La Nature'L", Herve Rafflin 2012 (Champagne, France)

Equal parts Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from organic vineyards in the heart of Montagne de Reims. 60% of this wine is from 2017 with rest coming from the family's reserve wines, disgorged in 2020 with a tiny dosage making this beautifully balanced and really friendly. Perfect for celebrating absolutely everything. Herve is basically a garage winemaker producing around 10,000 bottles or less every year and working as naturally as possible.
