90% Syrah and 10% Grenache from old goblet trained vines, hand harvested and half is left whole cluster for a few weeks with the other half getting direct pressed, then it all ages for a few months in tank, then bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Juicy and fresh with crushed flowers and wild berries. Serve slightly chilled with spicy food.
