A Tribute to Grace Rosé of Grenache 2020 $28 This comes from 2 specific blocs in the Santa Barbara Highlands vineyard, farmed biodynamically, about 30 miles in from the cost and 3,000 feet up. Half of the grapes were destemmed and the other half left whole and foot stomped, then after about a day on the skins, both were pressed off to tank to age on the lees for 3 months (or three moons as Angela says). Precise and mineral driven and just beautifully balanced. This is one of our favorite rosés every year. 

A Tribute to Grace Santa Barbara County Grenache 2018 $35 This is the wine that started it all, coming from 2 biodynamic plots, one way up in the Highlands and the other, lower down in the Santa Ynez Valley. Both get treated the same way: destemmed and wild fermented, then rested in old barrel for 17 months before getting blended and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Deep and complex with spicy roasted red fruit. Reference point Grenache.
