This comes from 2 specific blocs in the Santa Barbara Highlands vineyard, farmed biodynamically, about 30 miles in from the cost and 3,000 feet up. Half of the grapes were destemmed and the other half left whole and foot stomped, then after about a day on the skins, both were pressed off to tank to age on the lees for 3 months (or three moons as Angela says). Precise and mineral driven and just beautifully balanced. This is one of our favorite rosés every year.
