Bright, straw-lemon-yellow colour. Fresh, slightly floral, aromas and flavours to apple and pear, warm citrus, and lemon, with mineral/herbal notes (eg laurel). Light- to medium-bodied, dry, with a fresh mouthfeel of acidity and a long clean, elegant finish.
