Jean-Louis Pinto makes wild natural wines from grapes that he buys from friends growing organically around the south of France. This is a blend of Grenache, Carignan, Cab Franc, Mourvedre and Muscat and probably some others, all vinified separately using different methods, then assembled and rested in tank before getting bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Lots going on with spicy red fruit and expressive aromatics on a juicy, light to medium frame perfect for a little chill. Definitely for the more adventurous natural wine nerds.
