Biodynamic Nosiola, Verdealbara, Lagarino Bianco with a bit of Muller Thurgau. All direct press, spontaneous fermentation. Aged in stainless steel without temperature control. No sulfur additions, and no filtering or fining. Elderflower and lemon candy glossed in fizz. Raw almond, pear, meadow, and honey tones, but with a dry finish. Sweet-sour & snappy.
