40% Poulsard, 30% Trousseau and 30% Pinot Noir hand harvested from organic vineyards terraced on steep slopes in Arbois. All grapes are destemmed and wild fermented separately, then aged in old foudre for 18 months before blending. Beautifully aromatic high toned red berry fruit and crushed rocks.
