Auramaris, Val di Toro 2021 (Tuscany, Italy)

Mostly Vermentino with a little Grechetto. Aromas of citruses, apple, pear and exotic fruits. In the lightly herbaceous, mineral and slightly salty character one can perceive the helping hand of the Grechetto. The taste is harmonic and fresh and its acidity perfectly balanced with fullness and roundness of taste. The minerality is remarkable and typical of the sandy Mediterranean terrain that is home of this wine.
