Serious business from a 17th century winery working organically in the hills of Provence. 71% Mourvedre, 12% Grenache, 9% Syrah, 8% Cinsault aged for 18 months in old large barrel and bottled unfiltered. Full bodied with blackberries, black olives, earthy cured meat and Mediterranean herbs. Steak wine.
