This Nebbiolo is fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and shows ruby red color with a slightly garnet rim. The intense and complex aromas vary from dried flowers to spices through wood berries, chocolate and leather. On the palate it is intense, with velvety tannins and good structure and will reward with further cellaring.
