Barbera d'Asti "Ronco Malo", Bera 2018 (Piedmont, Italy)

100% Barbera from a single 50 year old vineyard, fermented and aged for 2 years in large, old concrete tanks and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Full bodied and complex with roasted red fruit and racy, ripe tomato. Great with anything tomato based, but also the classiest of burger wines.
