Special one-off bottling from a legendary Barolo producer. 2014 was an especially tough vintage, but Elena and Christina Brovia and Elena's husband Alex really pulled off the wine of the vintage. This is a special selection of the very best grapes from each of the Brovia's best Cru vineyards, a union (Unio), aged for 3 years in huge old Slavonian oak barrels. Brick colored and beautifully balanced with classic notes of roasted strawberry, tar and eucalyptus with firm, but ripe tannins.
