100% Gamay from an organic vineyard right on the edge of Regnie and Morgon with 50-60 year old vines, hand harvested, wild fermented and aged on the lees in cement before getting bottled unfined (vegan) and lightly filtered with just a little sulfur added at bottling. Red berry fruit and crushed flowers with a lip smacking finish. Serious bang for your buck.
