50/50 Falanghina and Fiano wild fermented separately in steel with a few days of skin contact, then bottled in the spring with some juice that wasn't fermented all the way dry to make the bubbles. Stone fruit and fresh baked bread with easy bubbles and a bone dry finish and a little cidery funk.
