Bloomer Creek 2 Pack (New York, United States)

Kim Engle and Debra Bermingham have been making wine on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, in the Finger Lakes since the early 80s and have always worked naturally. We are big fans of theirs and have carried something from them since the first day we opened. Here's what we have to offer today:

Tanzen Dame Edelzwicker Pet Nat $24 This is a field blend from the Tanzen Dame vineyard made of mostly Riesling with some Cayuga White and Gewurztraminer and probably a few other varietals, all made in steel and bottle conditioned. Bone dry with green apricot, citrus zest, toasted bread and a savory streak. 

Barrow Vineyard Skin Contact Dry Riesling 2019 $24 Single vineyard Riesling fermented on the skins and aged all in stainless steel and bottled unfiltered with just a touch of sulfur. Hazy ripe citrus and grapefruit pith with melon and wild herbs.
