This gin is about Africa. Made in Kenya with the DNA consisting of Juniperus Procera grown in the super high elevation in the highland forest of Kijabe with Pixie Lime and Swahili Orange with additional botanicals selected for the distinctiveness of their quality are sourced from Morocco (coriander and orris root), Sierra Leone (Selim pepper), Somalia (acacia honey), Zanzibar (cardamom and mace) and Madagascar (Pink Pepper). Each bottle of Procera is traditionally mouth blown from recycled glass and singular in character with a single piece of palm wood used for the enclosure. For each bottle of Procera sold additional juniper trees are planted to help sustain the forest and communities that utilize them. This is clearly one of the more extraordinary gins we've come across with well defined flavors and an extremely elegant texture on the palate. Would work wonders in a martini.
