Blanco Natural is a field blend of white grapes made up mostly of Macabeo with some Cartoxia Vermell and Xarel-lo and probably a few others, co-fermented and left on the skins for a bit, but not really an orange wine. Zippy and energetic with some cidery funk and a mouthwatering finish.
