Chardonnay from a tiny single vineyard in Puligny-Montrachet planted in 1988 that has never seen chemicals. Hand harvested and destemmed, then wild fermented in old barrels where it also ages for 12 months on the lees before getting bottled unfiltered with almost no sulfur added. Fleshy and ripe.
