‘Les Rouilleres’ was the first wine Frederic Mabileau made, back in the 80s. It is an attractive and textured Cabernet Franc, made completely naturally, all in tank, with delicious red fruit, classic black pepper and jalapeno and a freshness that brings the whole wine together. Frederic passed in 2020, so toast him as you open this.
