Maturing Nebbiolo with a bit of a twist. Ripe strawberry and sour cherry. There is a feral note and some underbrush that might remind you of Burgundy, almost like this is a slightly mature Volnay. This is perhaps due to the unique red volcanic soils of Bramaterra, not quite like any other soils where Nebbiolo is grown. It's nuance like this that makes wine so exciting!
