This is a blend of 80% Zweigelt and 20% St. Laurent from biodynamic vines in Gols, right next to Lake Neuseidl and not far from the Hungarian border. Dark fruited, as the name implies, but juicy and fresh with peppery purple fruit, crushed rocks and wild herbs. Judith Beck is a badass and works completely naturally.
