Mostly Cabernet Franc with a little bit of Cot (aka Malbec) from organic vineyards in southern Touraine, made with minimal intervention and really low sulfur by Sophie and Thierry Chardon. Perfect medium bodied fall red with dark cherries, pepper and spice.
