100% Cab Franc from younger organic vines in the Curico Valley, hand harvested, destemmed and wild fermented in steel, where it also ages for 6 months before getting bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Medium bodied and juicy with dark plum fruit, wild herbs and crushed flowers. Great with anything spicy. This wine is a steal!
