Just south of Rome, in the commune of Cori, the Cincinnato cooperative has been making traditional wines of the area with native grapes organically grown by local family farmers for over 70 years. This is 100% Bellone grown on volcanic clay soils and made all in steel. Medium bodied with quince, ripe citrus and wild flowers.
