50% Xarel-lo, 40% Macabeo, 10% Parellada from organic vineyards in Penedes, fermented with native yeast in stainless steel, then the secondary fermentation is in bottle with grape must, no sugar added, then aged on the lees for a year. This is our go-to cava that drinks well above it's everyday price point. So good!
