A multi-vintage blend of Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, currently from 2018, 2019, and 2020. This is known in the region as a 'Gentil'-blend. It’s a touch floral from the Muscat and quite dry with only 2g/L residual sugar. The Riesling gives a great acidity and fresh with fruitiness from the other varieties. It’s made in stainless steel, so very fresh, and the final alcohol is 12.5%. The grapes are planted in gravel, clay, and limestone soils.
