70% Grenache, 16% Mourvèdre, 8% Syrah, 4% Cinsault, 2% Clairette from 60+ year old biodynamic vines from 10 parcels located around the winery in the lieu-dit "Palestor" made all in concrete eggs. Bold and spiced without being heavy, drinking beautifully now with some nice bottle age. Tastes like Christmas.
