Mary Taylor is an American negociant extraordinaire, sourcing beautifully made wines from small producers all over Europe. This is one of our favorites from her stable, Chenin Blanc from fourth generation winemaker Pascal Biotteau in Anjou. Organic 25 year old vines made all in steel. On the lighter side of medium bodied with lean apricot, apple and crushed rocks with a racy mouthwatering finish.
