85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chardonnay from 25 year old biodynamic vineyards, hand harvested and wild fermented, then aged on the lees in steel for 5 months, before bottling lightly filtered with minimal sulfur added. Zippy and fresh with citrus and white flowers.
